Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

If there is a manufacturing defect or the customer receives a wrong item, the store will cover all shipping costs and the return or exchange will be processed free of charge.

If the return is requested without a defect (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
